These headphones are great! I bought them for work (I work from home) and was hoping for lightweight headphones with a mic so I could be heard better on meetings. I didn't really need the headphones, but I didn't just want to wear a mic, so I the headphones were get extra. Since I didn't need them to be noise-cancelling, at best I hoped they at least provided clear audio. Setup was a snap. They connect to Bluetooth without a hitch. I've been using them for about a month now, and these couldn't be better! The mic makes me easier to hear in meetings and the audio in the headphones is perfect. I didn't think I wanted them, but they provided an upgrade I didn't know I needed! The mic also has a hidden bonus: when you flip it up away from your face, it turns the mic off, and a quiet voice says, "Mute on"! Nice! Because of course if you flip the mic up, you aren't talking. Nice feature. Even better, these headphones are so comfortable and lightweight, sometimes I forget I have them on and leave them on after my meeting ends. My ears don't overheat (a problem with some past headphones) and they feel very natural. Highly recommend! They're perfect for my use case.

This headset works great, when it works. The call quality is clear and the noise cancelling on the microphone is great. Easy to charge using the USB-C cable included and the battery lasts for more than a day. I love the security of being able to flip the mic up and know that I'm on mute when the headset says "mute on". We've all had that embarrassing moment when we thought we were on mute on a conference call. This would be the pefect headset except it occasionally has a weird static sound and I can't hear people talking when the static comes on, but yet they can still hear me clearly. I put a support ticket into Logitech after trying everything else, such as updating the drivers and firmware,. but no resolution is available. They did not offer to send me a replacement, they told me to disable my 2.4GHZ wifi that it can interfere with the bluetooth. This is NOT a viable solution for me as many of the smart devices in my home only work on 2.4GHZ.

Good set of midrange headset. I like that it mutes when the mic is up, pretty decent battery, comfortable, easy to setup and use, can have two devices connected, and the controls are easy to use.

First day with this headset so far and I like it pretty well. For me here are the pros: Bluetooth connection to my laptop was quick, quicker than my old headset. The audio that the audience hears of my voice is better with this headset than my old one that died. Mute automatically when raising the boom upward. Decent sound - No, it's not as good as a Grado audiophile headset but decent enough for my work use. I installed the Logi Tune software and was able to configure the EQ on it to much more my liking. The bass level was stupid out of the box so had to turn that down so it didn't blow everything else out. At its lowest setting on the EQ it's still too high in comparison to other frequencies but good enough for my usage of mostly meetings with occasional music/podcast. Ability to set the "Sleep Time" - lots of reviews on here complaining that the headset shuts down after a period of time. Just download the Logi Tune software and you can modify the default value (30 mins). I modified it to "Never" as I don't want it to go into sleep mode. Not sure why people are incapable of reading how to use something but complain about things they can fix with just a bit of investigation. Cons: I miss having a mute button on the side of the headset that I can just press. Now I have to rotate the stupid boom up to achieve the same thing. I don't exactly have a huge head but this thing fits pretty tight on me. We'll see if it causes headaches. Hopefully it will relax a bit with usage.

Operating distance from PC is excellent - covers 2500 sq. ft single story house One minor issue. When you turn on headset earlier paired to PC it goes sometimes through several BT connects/disconnects before it takes over PC audio; most headache is with Teams (WIN11). Eventually, it works, but connection can take 20-30 seconds.

Really like these headphones, I have a small baby and work from home so I wanted something with good background noise cancellation. I use Zoom’s background noise reducer feature and this headset. I’ve tested it by sitting next to my crying baby and you can’t even hear a peep from her on the video call. I also charged them 2 weeks ago when I started to use them and use them a few hours a day for meetings and still have 30% battery left. Note that these are not noise cancelling in your ears. I have a sensitive head but these don’t hurt my ears or head. I like that I can easily switch between two devices (computer and cell phone) with the push of a button on my headset. I also bought them from Amazon resale at a significant discount and they’re great!

Los audífonos suenan increíble, no cancela el rudo totalmente por ejemplo ladridos de un perrito, pero te escucharán a la perfección, me gustó y es cómodo; si pila dura toda la semana sin recargar en reuniones seguidas de hasta 4 hrs. Los recomiendo

I've had this headset for about 2 years now. It's definitely more comfortable on the ears than some headsets I have had and have. I do have connection issues from time to time though, as in, it suddenly disconnects from Bluetooth for no apparent reason, and then won't reconnect until I power off and on again. The Bluetooth connection itself can take longer than I'd like, which has me going to "Bluetooth & devices" to connect it. And I often just keep "Bluetooth & devices" open throughout the day so I can reconnect when I have to, which is annoying. For the price, it's probably about as good as you can get. Maybe more expensive versions would work better?
