De'Longhi Coffee Machine MAGNIFICA START Automatic Machine

We have now been using this machine for 3 months daily for lattes and black coffee, have to say the ease of use, no fuss system is just awesome. The latte crema frothing system works a treat as well. If you looking for a daily workhorse without any expensive bells and whistles that you will seldom use this machine is the one.

After less than 2 weeks, it's already not dispensing hot water, nor milk which uses the same outlet but different fixtures, it seems to be clogged somewhere and is leaking, trying to locate a number for delonghi but only found a service email address

Hot water function doesn’t work. Espresso is too cold. Coffee is too diluted. Too noisy machine and not user friendly at all. It is not worth to this price.

Pros VERY HOT milk cappuccino, (even 15k machine don't have this technology) easy to use easy to clean Cons should be milk only option also.

Hello, The coffee machine is making a loud noise while grinding the beans, and it is not dispensing coffee. I would like it to be fixed as soon as possible. Since the return period has expired, I am unsure how to proceed. Please assist. Thank you

عدى شهر مثلا. قرار حلو جدا. نقلة كبيرة من اليدوي. لكن لازم تغسل بتاعت الحليب كويس لو عايز تحافظ على الفوم دائما. اوحش حاجه انه مفيش profiles فمش هتحفظ غير كمية ١ بس.

This is the second time i have issues with the machine due to defect. First machine I ordered stop working after few days of usage. Then return it and get another one which also have issues in the water tank.

It makes starbucks like cappucino at home and is easy to use. My parents find that the coffee made from beans is strong, more satisfying and they don't have the urge to drink as many times as they used to with filter coffee.
