Great watch for young kids giving them some independence while also giving us parents some peace of mind! We got a cheap SIM card & popped it into the watch. The imoo app is relatively straightforward to setup & connect to the watch. We got this as our daughter is going to be walking to school on her own now & we can easily check on her location using the app which gives us a real-time & pretty accurate image of where she is on a satellite image map. She can call us, send us voice or video messages & take photos from the watch. As a parent we can call her like we would any other phone from our contacts or video call/message from within the app. She can only call numbers that we add through the app & we can connect other family members like grandparents through the app too to form family group chats which is nice. All in all a great device with lots of functionality. Brilliant as a go between before giving your child access to a smart phone & social media, while still being able to easily stay in contact & locate them.

This imoo Z1 watch is very good for kids. It helps me know where my child is with GPS, and I can call or video call easily. The app is simple to use, has strong safety settings, and the watch is strong and safe for school and travel. The battery lasts well for daily use, and the screen is bright and easy to read. We also like that only family members can contact , which makes it feel very safe. We are happy with it!

Imoo Z7 is a smart watch with multiple features specially designed for kids. With video call, voice call and messages feature, it is of great help to interact with kids. It’s very easy to set up with a very easy to understand manual. The GPS tracking of the phone is commendable and helps track kids and know their real time whereabouts and maintains this historical data for 14 days. It’s also got an activity tracker, to track the data about kids activity including heart rate and blood oxygen levels. Being water resistant, it’s a great watch to take kids videos underwater performing antics allowing recording upto 20m deep waters. The AI scanner is just wonderful to use for kids and it scans objects and gives descriptions based on images scanned. It’s got both front and rear cameras enabling photography and also selfies on the go just with a flip of the watch.

As a parent, I was really hesitant to get my 9-year-old a smartphone. The imoo Watch Phone Z1 has been the perfect solution, giving us all peace of mind and my child the independence to contact us. What We Love: Safety First, Always: This is the biggest win. The "No Stranger Calls" feature is brilliant—only the contacts I approve can reach my child. Plus, the Class Mode is a game-changer. I set the school schedule in the app, and during those hours, the watch is just a watch (but can still call us in an emergency!). Zero classroom distractions. Accurate GPS Tracking: The location feature is reliable. Video Calls That Work: I was skeptical about the camera on a watch, but the 2MP wide-angle lens is clear enough for quick HD video calls. Fantastic Battery Life: Compared to other kids' watches I researched, the Z1 lasts ages. We usually get a solid two to three days of normal usage, which means I'm not scrambling to charge it every single night. That alone is worth the price. The Only Downside: It is a bit chunky! On her small wrist, it looks quite big, but she honestly doesn't seem to mind, and I guess that bulk is what makes it so durable.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this watch and its wealth of genuinely useful features. The premium, high-end design and packaging make an excellent first impression, and I'm pleased to report the functionality fully lives up to it with outstanding overall quality. A particular highlight is the GPS tracking, which is remarkably accurate – a significant improvement over a previous tracker my child used from a different brand. Calls are consistently clear, and the camera performance is impressive. The watch is also a joy to use; the touchscreen is responsive, and the interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Setup was straightforward, and my child had no difficulty getting to grips with all its functions. Importantly, should any questions arise, the customer service is truly second to none, offering very prompt, friendly, and efficient responses. This easily earns a 10/10. Highly recommended.

Great for kids I bought the Imoo Z7 for my 11-year-old son to attend and make the calls. It arrived in great condition and looks fantastic. The watch is easy for him to use, with a responsive touchscreen. Easy setup and features It very easy to configure the sim . The app was simple to download and set up on my phone, and adding contacts was straightforward. The video calling feature works well, and you can even flip the view to see the rear camera. Useful functions for parents There’s a “class mode” to turn off extra functions when he’s at school, and you can also set a schedule for the watch to turn on and off. This helps save battery. Overall, I’m really happy with the Imoo Z7 and would recommend it to other parents, especially for kids who aren’t quite ready for a phone but still need a way to stay in touch and be tracked.

Needs a degree in mobile communications to setup. Then once you do, most features are utterly pointless or just don’t really work as you would expect them to: Yes, you can make a call from the watch but there’s no ,contacts’ list function so your child needs to memorise every number they need to use and you cannot text - at all -from the device. Any talk or messaging is dealt with via the app on the parents phone - so unless you expect other members of your family to go through the same setup pain with the app, this watch offers very little in terms of you child actually being able to contact when they need to. Tracking seems ok but I don’t trust the messaging features via the app to work more than 20 meters from the home WiFi. Aesthetically, the whole thing looks geared towards younger children yet there’s no chance of even older ones understanding how to use it to contact you. This gift will just make them more disappointed that you haven’t agreed to get them a phone yet. Definitely be returning. And minded to request additional compensation for the multiple hours lost setting the thing up and the cost of the SIM card I’ve purchased for it. Oh, and a proprietary charging cable. Great stuff.
