Don't chew them. Not that they taste bad; but they will impact into your teeth. You will look like you got your teeth from the Incredible Hulk. These are great they help with your nutrition and gut health. I also like that they help to keep me regular. I am taking 20 a day 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening. Since I started to take these I have been feeling better and stronger, as well as more clear headed. I will continue to purchase these for the remainder of my life. I do feel a difference when I miss a day and not for the better.

I typically take 10 a day altogether in the morning, on an empty stomach. They are reasonable size, easy to swallow and taste like a vegetal green tea. I definitely felt more energy. In the beginning I missed a dose and remembered in the evening...took 10 at night and could not sleep at all. After reading research on people , chlorophyll and NIR light, I am finding even more reason to like these. Good for us at a cellular level. Good item to buy on prime day! Note: I have chronic spinal problems, and I have NOT experienced any pain relief. Mainly just more energy. Maybe some mental clarity. I do recomend this product.
