The product is good but its water cooling system gets damaged in a month or two.

Seller sale the product damaged and not working properly also not replaced the items ,but Amazon help centre also not helping this mattter due to so many nonsense policy accordingly, don't buy this item this seller

I got yhe product on 26 July 2024, it does what it's said. In this price range it's best with mist blower. But I got broken part, I guess it broke during transport. So i complained as soon as a show it, the customer care was helpful she said money will be refunded I hope amazon will , amazon did not take back the product so it's with me. I guess I can fix it if I spen little buck, I thing the seller had send me genuine product , it's just broke during transport since the box too was broken. I have no complain about the product, going to order three more for home value for money, it's portable, just became full when there is water on top. In this price dnt hope for a original cooler,

I am highly dissatisfied as the product that I received is a waste of money product. It is exactly opposite to what I expected. No cooling at all. I feel cheated by amazon as there is no option to get a refund. Didn't expect this sort of cheating. Highly dissatisfied. Uninstalling amazon app right away from my phone and also would suggest my entire circle not to buy anything from amazon as money is taken and a worst quality product is provided and there is no option of refund. Don't want to lose my hard earned money.
