I love the smell and the feel of it compared to all the others I have tried. This by far is the best all the others feel like Vaseline but this one has a pleasant texture to it .

Very thick, but yummy smell
First, I’m not sure if I have the right hair type for this because after using it, I think it was meant for someone with either coarser or curlier hair. Mine is frizzy wavy. But, it worked great as a hair mask for me.One of the options to use it was to leave on dry hair for 20 minutes before washing it out as usual. I had unfortunately used a shampoo bar that dried my hair out. So I used this to bring back some of the moisture in it. It worked well to do that, but it was hard to rinse out. You really have to work to get it out as you can still feel it coating your hair even through the water. It smelled lightly of cinnamon coffee to me. I wouldn’t have minded if it stayed, but it didn’t. So if you don’t like that smell, it will go away when you wash it. A little seems to go a long way, too.

Moisturizing
The oil is very moisturizing for both the skin and hair. The smell reminds me of a dark roast coffee but after a while the smell goes away. The texture reminds me of a grease.

A pleasantly scented treat for hair and skin.
As someone who's always on the lookout for natural, chemical-free solutions for hair and skin care, I was intrigued when I stumbled upon Dr. Sebi's Organic Raw Batana Oil. With promises of nourishing hair growth, enhancing skin radiance, and honoring Honduran tradition, this product seemed too good to pass up.Upon receiving my order, I was pleased to find that the oil lived up to its promises of being organic and free from synthetic colors and additives. Knowing that I was applying a pure, plant-based formula to my hair and skin brought me peace of mind. One of the main reasons I decided to try Batana Oil was its purported ability to strengthen hair and promote growth. With thinning hair being a concern of mine, I eagerly incorporated the oil into my hair care routine. While it's still early days and I can't speak to its long-term effectiveness, I'm optimistic based on the nourishing ingredients and traditional wisdom behind the product.Another benefit I've noticed is how Batana Oil smooths and prevents knots in my hair. After applying it, my hair feels noticeably softer and more manageable, with fewer tangles and split ends. I appreciate how it hydrates my hair without weighing it down, leaving behind a subtle shine that lasts throughout the day.In addition to its hair care benefits, I've also started using Batana Oil on my skin, particularly on dry patches and areas prone to irritation. Its moisturizing properties have helped to soothe and hydrate my skin, leaving it feeling soft and supple.Despite the label stating the oil is unscented, I found the fragrance to be quite distinct, and I must say, delightful. Upon application, the rich, aromatic scent enveloped me, reminiscent of freshly brewed coffee, instantly awakening my senses and adding a touch of indulgence to my self-care routine. My experience with this Batana oil has been positive thus far. While I can't yet attest to its full potential for hair growth and skin radiance, I'm encouraged by the initial results and optimistic about its future benefits. If you're searching for a natural, chemical-free solution to support healthy hair and skin, Batana Oil is worth considering.

Disappointed
I bought this product and it came in a generic container made of plastic with a plain white label, not the colorful matte label shown in the advertisement. I thought it was high quality product. The product was disappointing.
