Practical and helpful
I’ve been tapping for a while and the daily results have been amazing. But, I felt I was not getting the most out of my efforts or what was possible. This book not only helped me understand how to improve what I’m doing now, it explains in simple terms why and how tapping works and provides a roadmap for exploring more ways to use tapping to keep a healthy energy flow through your body. If you’re going to try EFT, read this book!

A Worthwhile Read
I grabbed the EFT Tapping Therapy book on the recommendation of a friend. I was unfamiliar with how it worked and the benefits of using this process to overcome pain and anxiety. The book was a very quick read and provided all of the information I needed to make an attempt at getting started.After reading the book and the skimming again for the exact process I found it very easy to follow. Definitely a worthwhile read.

EFT is not time consuming and it works!
The author does an awesome job on explaining EFT, it's benefits and how easy it is to learn. The best part about EFT is you can do it yourself and it's free! Relieving stress, anxiety, depression,obesity, etc. without using drugs or needles (acupuncture) is always a big plus.The author not only gives you the techniques for tapping he also prepares you for the therapy. It is also great to know that this method does not have any side effects.I recommend this book to anyone who wants to change their way of living and thinking.

rather silly
I downloaded this book out of curiosity when it was offered for free. After reading it I still had to go on-line and watch a video to get the idea. I think the overall idea is that by tapping 9 to13 (depending on the person doing the instructions) locations on the head, chest, and hand while speaking out loud positive statements about loving themselves unconditionally one is supposed to be able to unlock the energies in their body to bring relaxation and healing. Apparently, this will work for any problem a person has.Do you believe that? Too bad we waste all that money on doctors and medications. Someone needs to tell the Obamacare people!If you want to try it, you don't need the book, everything it covers is free on the internet.

Surprisingly Effective
I had never heard of tapping therapy, and I was extremely skeptical about it. But, for the price of the eBook and the pure novelty of the method, I decided to give it a try. Strangely enough, it seemed to work to reduce my food cravings!The guide itself is clear, well-written and well-edited, and straightforward. Try it out! The worst case scenario is that you're out a dollar. If you're like me, it might even solve a problem that has been bothering you forever!

Recommended to Read...Slowly!
E.F.T. may be.a very transferable skills set. However, I've personally found this particular coping strategy to take more than five minutes. Like anything else worthy of learning, E.F.T. is a process that improves with clear directions & repetition. I found the book to be confusing in spots.

It's easy to change your life.
I really like this guide to EFT (emotional freedom technique ) because it's easy to understand and therefore get started!You can use the tapping technique to help with physical and emotional issues and change your life in just a few minutes a day. The theory behind this system is clearly explained and as promised you can start practising EFT within 5 minutes. It's certainly helped me and I recommend you read this book and see what it can do for you.
