They are tasty

I recently bought these for steak au poivre - good flavor, great texture. The only reason I don’t give five stars is because I don’t have much exposure to be objective. So, being unable to verify there’s nothing better on Amazon, I’d say these were a solid 4 with zero regrets for the price. That said, they accomplish every thing I need and I would order again 👍

These are good products at a good price. Having said that, I'll offer a tidbit of advice regarding the green vs. pink peppercorns. The green peppercorns add a pop of peppery flavor, and the pink add a batman-worthy "BAM!" of pepper in a bite. There are places for each in your cuisine, but for me, I don't really have much need for the pink since I cook for my wife and young son. Perhaps I just need to find a way to tame them a little. The green are just what the doctor ordered for a peppery sauce. A few in a demi-glace over a rare to medium-rare steak can be a connoisseur's delight; or perhaps a lemon-pepper compound butter?

the peppercorns smelled delicious. however, could not taste them as they arrived with broken glass. Non-Refundable. You’re better off getting the ones in the tin can.

They are easy to fix and delicious.
