I needed this zero sugar cheesecake pudding mix asap without having to go to town to the store. It came overnight delivery with some other items. With one box I made mini cheesecakes in ramekins. Graham cracker crumbs & butter on bottom, pudding mix, cream cheese & other ingredients next, & strawberries on top. We could not notice any funny sugar- free taste. In other words, everyone enjoyed the dessert. I'll try some other creations soon! When I finally went to the grocery store I found it at a cheaper price, but sometimes you just go ahead & pay extra for convenience.

We use this as an additive in our ninja creami protein ice creams to make them even more creamy. Adds a good richness without any extra sugar.

I have this most days in my Greek yogurt. If you like jello cheesecake you should try it, I bet you’ll like it.

I was jonesing for cheesecake but was disappointed . Has a creamy texture but sadly lacking in flavor . Sign up for an aerobics class and have yourself some real cheesecake!
