Great little play house for young children. Brought this play house for my two children ages 3 & 1 and they both love it and have already been playing it in it for long periods of time. Extremely easy to build, great quality ( it is a thinner type of plastic not like the thick Smoby plastic but I still think the build quality is good) it feels sturdy when constructed altogether & it’s very pretty to look at and the colours are beautiful. I noticed that even though there are openings, the rain hardly gets in which is great as my daughters have been playing in there even in the rainy weather. Only reason it’s not 5 stars was the delivery. Please note this is not delivered by Amazon, delivery is fulfilled by Evri; the worst delivery service ever. The parcel was delayed by 3 days so I would say if you need it by a certain date factor potential delays into account or order elsewhere. I chose to order from Amazon as I can always trust Amazon delivery but this is not the case with this product. Overall though would definitely recommend to anyone with young children. Brilliant for the summer season. A small tip would be to order some play house flooring as it doesn’t have a floor. I just ordered some foam tiles here on Amazon.

Exceptional customer service. I ordered one for my granddaughter, it arrived in Nov and I didn't put it together until Christmas day. I found the doorbell wasn't working and replacement batteries did not fix it. Due to the delay in receipt and building it I was happy to pay for a replacement door bell. The seller sent me one within 3 days, over the Christmas period free of charge. Top marks. The actual playhouse is great value for money.

Good quality .cheerful house my son loved it

Really happy with the purchase and my son loves it. Great size and easy to assemble. Plus the delivery driver dropped it off at the back door so we could surprise my son. Nice touch to round off a great purchase and fast delivery.

Very bad quality. After a few weeks outside, its shape is changing, the cheap plastic is bended, the screws fall apart. I even got a cover to protect it from rain and sun but it didn't help. I would not buy if I knew. Better spend a bit more money to get something of better quality.

Looks lovely but very flimsy. Literally within minutes of it been put up the door was off and the doorbell. The sides aren’t strong, not solid enough for child play especially for the price.

So easy to build on your own and pretty self explanatory

It’s cute and my granddaughter loves it. Easy to snap together, however it’s not really worth the price. It’s pretty flimsy and not great quality. It’s under a covered porch so it’s protected fe the elements but I don’t see it holding up to hot sun or a little wind storm.

Cute but seems thin and flimsy. The door continuously pops off. To me that is safety hazard. As a little child you would not care but as a responsible parent/adult. Its a red flag. The assembly was so easy that was best part. Overall it's cute but that door!
