Had some trouble putting the legs together they didn’t want to click into place and I was worried the plastic peg would break off. The base is rather large and takes up more room then I like but the units works very good. Nice and quiet. Love the fact that I can adjust the level of steam and rotate the arm up, down and swing side to side.

So easy to use and sturdy.

This steamer takes a long time to heat up, the volume of water has to be WAY over the indicated minimum levels for it to work, plus, it keeps tripping our breaker. We had chosen this steamer, despite its cost being higher than average for this type of machinery, because we thought that the price would reflect the quality. However, we have been sorely disappointed. We would have returned the product instead of writing a bad review, but unfortunately, we barely missed the return window. Do not buy!

I don't like the smell when the ozone is on. A fresh scent comes from it. Also it took 20 minutes before producing steam
