I used this robot to clean two large windows as a test. It exceeded my expectations so far. Cons: - it cannot reach in the very corner of a window: each corner ~ 2.5x2.5 inches will not be cleaned - the suction motor does make noise. Not loud, but constant, like a a modern vacuum cleaner - the secure rope attachment hasn't been thought through: when you attach the bolt to the robot, the rope gets tangled; should have used a different type of connector - although robot is made of a durable plastic, if you don't secure it and it fells down, I'm pretty sure it will crack and break in pieces if it fells from a second floor window - some instructions in the manual were clearly written by non-English language speakers - if a window is too dusty/dirty, robot does not follow a straight horizontal path, it slides down a bit and leaves some parts of the glass dirty - robot reports on its status in plain English, however the voice is not loud enough to overcome the motor/suction noise. Pros: - cleans good and fast with Windex and microfiber cloth pads. Especially if you run it twice on the same window. The only streak robot leaves behind is the one where it stops when finished cleaning. - the spay nozzle designed properly - I still have half of the liquid tank full of Windex after two large windows have been cleaned twice. - power cable and secure rope do not get on the way of the robot. - power cable screws into the robot with a steel hardware - very smart approach , makes connection very secure. - remote control is very helpful, especially for placing the robot in a top corner of a large window you cannot reach with you hands or while on the ladder. But you can navigate the robot to that corner with remote. - internal battery gives you 20 minutes to turn off the power and detach the robot from the window once it finished cleaning - so you don't have to wait until it finishes, you can come back later I will update this review in about a month or two when I clean all windows in my house more than once. Pleasantly surprised how well this works. The safety string doesn’t make much sense but it isn’t necessary for my windows. Doesn’t replace a good scrubbing and squeegee but does a very good job.

Comprei e com a segunda usada o disco fixo ( aonde fica o pano que limpa) quebrou, deu um barulho no uso e dos discos deixou de girar
