Product is so cheap there is replace or return option is given but not applied pls help us solve this problem .product is not comparatively as it's price

I recently purchased this steel cot bed, and I'm extremely satisfied with my decision.Assembly was straightforward and hassle-free, taking only a short time to put together. So you it is worth to buy.

The media could not be loaded. One of the two pieces sent needs replacement. It is not as per order. The piece with head side and under support is as per order, but the wrong piece is without head side and flimsy under support.

Worest design. Legs are not correctly designed.

Very good product and easy to use

The navar was supposed to be knitted, instead has been stapled to the weakest iron frame and they started ripped of as soon as we sat on it. How can it take the weight of a human when its so feeble that it cant even take the weight of a cat or a dog? We are supposed to sit or sleep comfortably on it. It is not a showcase item. Horrible quality. I want reimbursement of my money
