For reference - user is 6'2" (188cm), and (many) kg...Forty minutes after delivery, I was sitting in the chair testing it. Fifteen of those minutes were spent unwrapping and unsealing all the bits. So well packed to say the least. Good.Assembly instructions - half a dozen pics a kid could follow. Nice to have an extra bolt of each size. The only help needed was to hold the back in order to locate at least one bolt either side into the arms to avoid twisting. Allen key perfectly adequate. The seat back needs your choice of padding to fill the void after removing some of the assembly parts - I used excess seat squabs from garden furniture - perfect.Operation - height adjustment as expected. Single lever for such adjustment, and pull out to tilt/lock. Nicely sprung to rock. Seat squab OK at the moment, but obviously can't say it it'll flatten.Quality of metalwork, stitching and fabric, all look good. All bolt holes lined up. Given the price point, this is a natty bit of kit.Advice - start the bolts by hand/Allen key for the chair body/arms; they're going into threaded inserts. Straight in with a power driver may cross-thread.I'll edit this review further down the road if warranted.Although early days, so far, well pleased with this chair.

It would be very unfair to be too critical of an honest home-office chair when it costs under £110.00. However, I do think it's obvious that it is built to a price and not a standard. I am very practical but it still took me an hour to assemble - with most time spent trying to get the arms on. Finding the bolt locations on the chair sides is very tricky and it really helps if you insert the bolts without the arms first (should have thought of that at the outset). The bolts going into the sides of the seat/cushion tangle on fabric inside which creates a lot of resistance. Eventually something gave way (seemed alarming) but all was then well.In terms of comfort - the seat is fine for an hour or two but then you begin to realize that there isn't an awful lot of padding in the seat base - it starts to feel quite hard. I wouldn't want to be sitting on it all day but then I don't need to. There isn't enough information about using the adjustments and it was only by chance that I discovered there is a locking feature on the "up and down" adjustment. There is no information about the tilting adjustment.The chair looks attractive when assembled.

Very disappointed indeed. Fairly easy to put together, maybe a bit fiddly. But the back support is non-existent. There's zips to enable padding to be installed but why wasn't that already installed. And you can't install the extra padding without disassembling the chair. And there's no tilt adjustment.It's not a cheap chair either. I want my money back.

Very comfortable, I was looking for a sturdy, comfortable chair that was not super expensive and this one ticked all the boxes for me. Lovely colour, and perfect hight for me to rest my head on. Also reclines very nicely and is easy to assemble.Really recommend it!

It looks beautiful in my office, but is definitely not comfortable enough to use it for WFH every day. Been using it now for couple of months and seriously considering just giving it away and get something else.

This is fine. I use it for my office chair. It looks nice but it’s not the most comfortable really. Had a weird ridge just where you sit - the good thing is that it does encourage you to get up and move around every hour so that’s a bonus.

For the price, this chair is really comfortable and great quality. It was also quick to construct.
