Product & Quality
This has been an absolutely worst experience. I ordered the 411 ANC Black earbuds and received 413 ANC model, which was also defective. After going through the hassle of a return and requesting a replacement, they sent another pair, but now only one earbud is working! This level of incompetence regarding both product accuracy and quality control is completely unacceptable and frankly, infuriating.
