We bought this spray as a preventative for colds, sinus infections, etc. since germs enter through the nose. We use it before we go to groups and when we come home. It has a mild smell but not objectionable. It is iodine in a solution. it does not sting or have any sensation. So far we are staying well and that's the purpose of it. I gave some to my grown kids and grandkids.

I first found out about this type of product being available through my pharmacist. He uses it every day and he has maintained good health even with his type of job and all those sick people coming to pick up prescriptions. So I thought I would give it a try. Personally, I love it. It helps my nose from being so dry, and gives me another way to combat germs especially airborne bacteria! I have been using it for about two months now. I have had a lot of trouble in the past with a lot of different products, but I am so glad I persisted in trying the new ones. I would say this does the trick!! You need to try it. It is definitely worth it!

This nasal spray did the trick. I had tried over the counter nasal sprays to try and treat the weird smell that I was getting but with no nasal congestion. I figured it needed to be treated with something other than nasal moisture or decongestants. So, when I saw Iodine in this spray I gave it a try. My problem is resolved. I am continuing to use weekly as a preventative to ensure I have fully resolved whatever was going on and am pleased to say no recurrence of the unpleasant odor.

It clears the head fast but if I use it 2 or 3 days in a row it has a bad effect in me

This goes above and beyond plain saline spray for my nose. It’s moisturizing and also helps to clear your sinus passages. I was looking for one with iodine in it to help guard us this flu season. Have read great things about using iodine in the nasal spray and so far so good with this one. I will definitely be keeping this on hand!

I really like this product. I’ve not noticed any burning, or taste. Product has lasted over 3 months with daily use. Only reordered as I don’t want to run out. It sprays a fine mist that does not drip which makes it easy to use, as long as the directions are followed. One crazy thing I noticed, since I suffer from nose bleeds is, I haven’t had anything major since using this product. Not sure if it’s due to the Aloe Vera or ??? I had a slight bleed start and used the spray and it stopped immediately. I doubt that’s a claim of the product, but it worked for me. I’ll keep buying it as it’s safe to use and a good value.

Great to cover a cold or the ick season

I was having sinus problems with bothersome congestion that I couldn't shake. It felt like a sinus infection, with pressure, but without the fever and body aches. I didn't want to take antibiotics if I didn't have to. I wanted to keep my overall microbiome intact. This spray started improving my symptoms right away and solved the issue completely in a couple of weeks.
