Healthy cereal
Nice tasting and healthy spelt puffs. They work well in milk and form a crunchy breakfast. They do soften over time but slowly and by not much. A good source for lots of fibre and good for vegans or vegetarians. They have no added extras like sugars so good for anyone with health issues. Works well with milk, yogurt or assorted fruits. A family favourite in our house and good value for money.

Good quality but soon used up, so poor-ish value for money. Could do with making the size up to 500grammes, & review pricing

Excellent no sugar puffs.
Really nice crunchy spelt puffs. I could not tell difference betweem them and rice puffs. Get a lot in a 250g pack. Fantastic to have the option of no sugar on the puffs and organic. Arrived in perfect condition. Once opened do put in an airtight container , which i forgot to do. However, they were still very edible with a slight crunch instead of very crunchy.

Healthy sugar puffs
Sugar puffs without the sugar! Love these. Sometimes add honey or maple syrup to sweeten. Taste great. I buy every month.

nice for a cereal with healthy toppings
these are nice, i’m trying to be a little healthier so wanted to give a go, i have bread with spelt so these a great too. little expensive though for what you get so will prob buy when i fancy them
