I recommend this source of Magnesium gycinate
After a few months of use, this product brought my magnesium levels back up to normal. Pills are a little dry, making them harder to swallow but once they're easily broken in half that problem is solved. Highly recommend by Consumer Labs, an independent testing facility.

Great buy for vegan magnesium!
Works well for sleep/relaxation & doesn’t cause stomach issues associated with magnesium. They are a bit large - my partner can’t take them due to their size.
