Great pasta and tastes like the real thing.
As an Italian who loves pasta a lil too much I can honestly say this is pretty darn good. I've had quite a bit of experience with various types of alternatives, however Brami takes the cake. It's got great consistency and works great as a healthier alternative with more protein, less carbs and higher fiber. Whats not to love?!

Brami vs Bonza: Brami is the Clear Winner.
Just tried the the Brami (Lupini beans and flour) instead of the Bonza (chickpeas) which I have used for awhile. They both have very similar nutritional breakout of fiber and protein. So protein and fiber from pasta, too good to be true? No, it's true and both brands deliver. BUT the delicate nature of Bonza and the distinct taste is a compromise. On the other hand Brami is easier to cook, keep great leftovers, and it tastes a lot more like regular pasta. It's not gluten free like Bonza, but if that isn't a problem, then Brami is the clear winner.

Not 100% Keto But Much Better Than Pasta
Too bad it's not 100% keto. There are carb's but it tastes really good and is better than using "real" pasta. We actually prefer it to regular pasta now. It tastes better. Fair warning, though, it can make one a bit flatulent. Still, it's a small price to pay to not have my blood sugar spike.

Great Taste and High Protein
Tastes so good, compared to some of the other pasta "Alternatives". Love that it is higher in protein Easy to cook. I use less and feel more full. I really could eat it every day... I do get a small amount of gas from the beans, I think, but worth it in flavor. I encourage you to give it a try. I will be buying more for sure.
