We have been using NOW brand supplements for decades - a high quality supplement company. I started taking this because I learned from 23andMe medical info that I have a moderate risk of macular degeneration. I hope this helps to mitigate it but of course do not and cannot make any recommendations. I believe that my vision has actually improved over the last several years, I already know that my current contact prescription is now too strong. But again, I make no claims, as I cannot document this. Regardless, Great Brand!!

I take 6 of these daily along with 6 AREDS formula vitamins and have for over 10 years. So far my dry macular degeneration has not gotten worse. My optometrist said whatever you’re doing keep doing it.

Now is a great brand, but one of the bottles I received had the gel caps all melted together. Seller refunded me & I reordered, next shipment was great. Since I have reordered several times and never had any quality issues.

I take these for eye health. The capsules are standard size so easy to swallow. These are made in Illinois, so I trust the content and quality of the product, plus they're also carried at the local health food store.
