I bake a lot!! These cut down on parchment use for certain items. I cut up one to fit smaller pans and use the odd pieces left over to put under my cutting boards while using to prevent slipping. (Because they weren't exposed to heat, etc. the odd strips retain their stickiness.). Very happy with this product.

Works great for many types of baking. It's better than having to use foil all the time and doesn't burn the bottom as easily. Easy to clean.
