Very good broom

Surprisingly light. It picks up every tiny speck & the dustpan is a breeze. I actually enjoyed myself. It felt very good to do a good job.

Broom is pretty good it get anything from corners great the only thing that bothers me is it’s Bigger than what I’m used to but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. So I gave it four stars for this reason

My previous broom wasn't even coming close to what this broom gets up. So, I'd really like to know who has found a better broom than this one? The negative reviews describe any broom exactly! I mean, it's damned hard to get 100% of the dog hair and dirt up from the floor during shedding season! Even so, in my 62 years, I've never found a perfect broom. Or maybe I just mean I'm a terrible sweeper? Sweeping up stuff that's nearly weightless means that you will not... You cannot get everything up on the first try! As far as the dust pan? These pans do a superior job compared to the stiff metal ones we used to have. It takes several times to get all of the dirt into the pan. That's been true forever! 1-2-3 sweep up the dust, move dust pan a few inches, do it again. It depends on how fine your dirt is or how much you've swept up! Oh and dust mops get full of fine dirt so they too don't get up all the stuff you're trying to get! (I bought a Bona dust mop before this broom.) Until my white dog stops shedding on my near black bamboo floor, I'll keep using this broom and dust pan. When company comes, I'll vacuum before they arrive!

Red, red, red...what can I say...It matches my kitchen. I got this one again because of the missing dust pan! Long/short a great dust pan...I had contractors out doing this and that ended up missing my dust pan...humm...so I looked for another one every where. Then decided to try Amazon..low and behold I ordered another one but as a set. This will last for years to come (as long a you keep up with it-smile). I wasn't disappointed before and pretty sure I will not be with this one. Except now I have 2 brooms and one dust pan that I'm keeping my eyes on this time. Loved, loves, still loving this product...sturdy, lasting and it's "RED" for me it was worth purchasing again. Oh I could've gotten just a dust pan by the way but it was cheaper getting as a set...just my preference. I think this product will be here when I'm long gone.

Easy to assemble and use.

I got this broom because I've had good luck with Cedar products in the past. At first there was no problem with the broom. It seemed to do a good job sweeping. A month or so later the bristles began to fall out and get twisted with the other ones. While sweeping cat hair and dust get caught in the broom. While sweeping I have to stop and pull it all out of the bristles so I can continue. The broom is now at the point in which it doesn't do too good of a job of sweeping. The broom is used for simple house keeping with no exertion on it. I always thought O' Cedar products were well built and lasted for a good while. By the time the bristles began falling out and getting entangled with others it was too late to return it. I'll be getting a new broom this weekend. I would never recommend this broom to anyone.
