I’ve tried several other brands of Shilajit before and I’m happy to report that these ones are going to be my new go to. You get a lot for The value, plus they are much easier to swallow, considering the taste isn’t putrid. I know it’s Shilajit because I can tell a difference when I don’t take them. My energy is boosted, my skin looks great, it is something that will have a permanent place in my supplement routine. This is a great addition for anyone that has a lot of holes in their diet, Mine is not the best so this has been a great tool for helping bridge that gap. This stuff does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’ll give you a boost of energy. I like to take them after a long hike or a night of drinking too much. Only down downfall is the horrible taste

I normally can’t feel or bear witness to the effects of most supplements that I take. This one is different. I don’t know in regard to energy per se as I’m already pretty hyper but I can definitely tell a difference in my mental clarity and recall. I could tell a difference from the first few days of taking one of these daily (in morning with other existing regimen of vitamins and supplements) and it does something and that something is good. I never tried any other versions of Shilajit (liquid or paste) but I doubt I will ever need to. This is just too convenient and too effectually evident. I've been taking this stuff daily, before coffee in the morning, for about 2 months. The pills are small, easy to swallow, and no after taste. I've been feeling pretty good, but I don't know if I can attribute it to these, regularity has definitely improved. The really good part? I think my skin is aging backwards! I have always looked young for my age, but this is awesome! I don't know how to describe it, but my face looks so young I can't stop looking in mirrors! Definitely less small lines, my color is good, and skin looks plump oh, and less hair loss. No pictures, because I hate selfies. For reference, I am a mid 40s female well into peri menopause.

This product has high concentrations of lead: 4mcg per pill. If this is important to you, it would be prudent to consider a higher quality product.
