This is the best litter box ever. I am one happy Cat person! It was easy to set up an get connected online. (I like being able to track my cat's weight and usage.) Being able to remotely control it has been a godsend. The app is easy to use. It notifies you whenever there is a problem or if it's time to auto-pack. It also keeps track of when it's time to replace the bag container & the deodorizer. My cat took to it right away. No smell! No mess outside the unit. And it's quieter than others I have seen & heard!! I really like not having to "Scoop the Poop" and packing/tying the bags. It ties the bags for you! I really like that the waste is kept in a closed area & that the bag is sealed before I ever touch it. That alone is a BIG plus! It Really is Self-Cleaning. I have gone for 2 months without it having to be physically Cleaned. (Was lazy!) TOTALLY worth the money!!! Support is good. Supplies easy to get. I love it!!

Over all: I am very pleased with this litter box. I don’t feel gross or like I need to immediately jump in shower. Very easy to set up, quiet compared to the old litter maid when they first came out. I have only had one issue that required troubleshooting but that was easily corrected. It’s sturdy, and so far real easy to keep clean. I have two cats. When they are using it and as it cleans after them, it’s barely audible and smell is dramatically decreased!!!!! The only time you actually hear it is when it’s sealing a new trash bag, both at the beginning of being filled and then again after it’s full. I love that all I have to do is just pull open the drawer, pick up the sealed bag and carry it out to the dumpster! Now, something I think needs to considered in future models or as an upgrade to the firmware, would be a notification of the amount of litter that’s left in the box. An alert to the owner to add more litter or when to change it. But all in all: it’s a great automatic litter box! And it had some tough competition (litter robot/pet snowy). The draw of it self cleaning, self packing waste? That was a huge selling point!

I normally never write a bad review. This cat litter box is terrible. It stopped working on within a week. For almost $400 it is one of the worst buys I have ever made. It does nothing and when the barrel decides to go around to empty out the waste Urine leaks around the barrel. The litter does not stay in the bag when it scoops out. It does not help with the smell at all, it would only clean the litter box when it wanted to not when the cat went to the bathroom. I had to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in. If I could’ve gave it a zero I would have we used another one previous, which they no longer make that I would buy from Amazon. My recommendation is stay away from this litter box.
