Works great, requires careful installation
Extremely sturdy design, and so far I haven’t have any issues with the retraction jamming or not working. Be very careful when installing the hose the first time because you will have the reel under a lot of tension that can release violently if the ratchet pawls are accidentally disengaged (ask me how I know!) a locking pin would be a great feature to make it safer. Also, get a hose without a strain relief on the end, because it won’t fit the opening for the quick connect.

Looks sturdy
Appears very sturdy. Full hose was easy to load.

Tired of messy hose
This got our pressure washer hose off the ground. So no more trying to roll up pressure hose and keeping it on side of pressure washer. This mounted to our pressure washer. Of note we have a full size steam style pressure washer with 4 wheels, so this won't mounted the to those little pressure washers

Good, high quality but slight issue with rolling up.
This is the second reel I have bought. I was impressed with the first one but for some reason this one does not follow the roll up method as easily. Installation was super easy, its very durable, and the hose is good just doesn't always roll up properly.

Solid Reel but a Bit Stiff to Use
The reel itself is sturdy and holds the pressure washer hose well. Installation was straightforward and the build quality feels durable. The only downside is that it’s a bit stiff when winding and unwinding the hose, especially when it’s under pressure. Aside from that, it works as expected and keeps everything organized.

Look for different product
Worst product design ever. This is a $200 reel and I can’t even fit my standard hose through the hole. The hole is literally and Inch wide.. I had to go through 3 different hoses just for it to not fit at all. Complete waste of my money and time. If you’re reading this, look for another one

Lead hose leaking
The product works as expected. Now my pressure washer hose is organized. There was an issue which the short lead hose connect between the motor and the reel is leaking from the swirl joint. The issue is solved now. The seller is very responsive and sent a new hose for replacement. Now the leaking is gone.
