This Cyster Glow supplement is pretty neat. It comes in a plastic jar with a lid that opens and closes easily. The serving size is 1 scoop - it comes with, and I chose to add mine to plain water. It didn’t change the flavor of the water at all. Nice! For me, that means it isn’t hard to swallow at all and it probably also means there isn’t a bunch of unnecessary junk in it for flavoring. Hooray! The supplement is a white powder that has a smooth consistency. The container holds a little over 2 ounces - 30 servings. It is a once a day type supplement. The label comes with all the important info on it: ingredients, warnings, serving size, product info and expiration date. Everything is clearly marked and easy to read. It’s also affordable and easy to use. The name of the product is very witty and cute! I love the play on words. The name says it all in this case. After trying it out, I found that I really liked it. I decided to order more to give it to my daughter to try. It’s a very good supplement for me. I hope it works out just as well for you!

She’s been using it for a couple of weeks now and says she feels a bit more balanced, and her skin has started to clear up a little. It’s easy for her to add to her morning routine, which is nice since she’s not great with pills. It’s too soon to say if it’ll make a big difference, but so far, it seems like it’s helping.

I mixed the powder in a simple drink I make and did not notice a flavor or even an after taste. It mixes without clump with simple stirring. I did not notice any change in things effected by hormones. No changes in the way I felt in terms of energy or sleepiness, bloating, sleep quality, facial hair, or acne. I noticed absolutely no difference. I am not sure that this works, but I also wonder if the duration of use plays a role. Krave Cyster Glow Premium claims that this is ideal for PCOS or metabolic issues listed related to PCOS, but there was no noticeable benefit or any improvement.
