I started taking theacrine this year. At first, I thought, "I don't feel a thing." I dismissed it as not doing much. My girlfriend felt the same way. However, after taking it a few more times, I realized I was very wrong, as did she. Theacrine gives us both a significant boost in focus, mood, and motivation that is subtle, but very real. While I didn't feel a "surge" of anything, on days when I took theacrine I was noticeably happier, more focused and motivated, and just felt better. I take a few days break a week from it so I don't lose this feeling. My girlfriend rarely takes a break because she has come to really value how theacrine makes her feel. You may think it's just a placebo effect, and that's always possible, but I take a lot of other nootropic supplements, and none of them produce this feeling. Theacrine binds to the same brain receptors caffeine does, but without the jitteriness. It also lasts much longer. It's more of a slow-burning feeling. It also doesn't interfere with sleep. It also works well with caffeine. I consume some caffeine throughout the day, probably around 100 mg, and this probably complements theacrine. I'm reviewing this product because it's a higher dose for a much better price than other options. My first thought was, "is this legit?" Based on my experience, yes, it is. For one, it has the bitter taste of theacrine (it has no smell). And, it makes me feel the same way as the other brand I was using. My only issue is that this contains 250 mg of theacrine, which is a fairly high dose, at least for me. I don't need that much. So, I just empty out about 50-100 mg into my mouth and then close the capsule up to use it again another day. It's a little bitter, but tolerable. While I hadn't heard of this company before this, they use NSF-certified facilities, which is a big sign of quality. You may not feel anything from theacrine, but I sure do. This is my go-to brand for it from now on.

It’s amazing how someone can be duped into buying something based on a boatload of fake information, words, pictures, graphic text- to find out it’s just snake oil like everything else in the ridiculous vitamin/supplement market. This time, reluctantly, it was my turn to get bull****ed into getting this stuff to “Get energy and focus” and instead, was even more fatigued than ever before, probably wearing myself out wondering when the stimulation is going to even happen? Been taking them for a week and it does NOTHING. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME FOR OTHER THINGS!

I had never heard of Teacrine. I looked it up and I thought that sounds really beneficial so I ordered this. I like this one because there are no fillers. It is just the Teacrine. Nice and clean ingredients. I have no negative effects. It is too soon to know if it is making any real difference. I do think I do notice slight improvements.

This is supposedly a substitute for caffeine without the jitters. I can say that I had no jitters and a little wakeful energy. I only took one capsule for the 1st time today , 4/13/2024. I'm ignoring some websites say8ng not enough studies, and look into ancient cultures who had 100s or 1000s of years of study, use and observations for efficacy. It would be arrogant to think we(US/CA.UK,EU) have the monopoly on remedies and medicine. Therefore, I look also into others' knowledge, studies and wisdom to stidy it out, also.
