Very good customer service
Came packaged with care.Despite this one of the frames was damaged.They sent a replacement very quickly.Looks flush with the wall and we love how it came out

Not Ikea's usual standard
Unfortunately this is not a good quality frame at all. The frame arrived damaged and although I was hoping it would be good enough for a poster, I returned the product but didn't request a replacement because the quality was so poor.

Good quality stylish frame
Looks great and doesn’t compromise on quality. Sizing as described. Easy to put photo in. Would recommend. Very fast delivery too. Fab.

Picture frame with a black border
I am putting a canvas picture in the frame hope it will look great hung on the wall,it just seems a bit flimsy I hope the canvas and locking the tags on the back will stiffen it up,!

Flimsy and arrived broken
Not worth the 1 star. Very flimsy. Arrived broken. Requested a refund, to return it it would cost me £13. Bought for £20 definitely not worth it!
