Nice mug! Good heft, a solid feel. The logo engraving has a nice texture to it. If looking for a "12oz" mug though, beware... 12oz is level full at the rim. 10-11oz is probably a safe level to actually use the mug unless you plan to sip it sitting on the counter for a bit first.

Wish I could get the cup personalized. Great product and good service.

Smaller than I thought but nice mug

I really like the mug. However, it's not really a 12oz. More like a 10oz? I used it for my keurig coffee and selected the 10oz. button. The cup was almost filled to the rim with little room left for creamer. I have other 12oz mugs that leave a lot of room for creamer and still don't fill to the rim.
