This is a total nonsense for me. Poor packaging, product got to me broken even inside the package. too inferior product, low quality.

Very good when water arrives but takes ages

This is easier than waiting for a kettle to boil, but the water doesn't get as hot as a kettle, which means you have to drink your hot drink quickly before it gets cold. You have to but the water bottle for it separately which wasn't specified in the product info. The instructions are written in Chinese, so I had to Google them, but for the price it's ample for getting instant hot water or cooled water.

I give it 2 stars and has it work for about a week and then water started coming out of the bottom of item and flooded my kitchen
