This retractable water hose has been one of my favorite purchases of the year. It also helps keep me dry compared to dragging a traditional hose around. The included sprayer feels a bit cheap, so I ended up upgrading that part, which improved the overall experience. After about two years of use, I’ve noticed some fading on the housing, but it hasn’t affected performance. Overall, the hose system itself works well and has been very convenient. As long as you don’t expect premium accessories out of the box, it’s a solid and practical setup.

I have three reels for hoses at my house. Two of them cost, well let's say much more then this reel. The length of hoe is perfect for where bis but would have c to upgrade to 100 ft if used in other areas. I have had zero issues with this reel under all circumstances. One warning, do not let the hose free to reel as fast as it well, hold the hose and let it reel back slower and you may never have issues with it. Easy to install, everything required is included. This c reel is better then both the reels I bought and priced right.

18 months of ownership while using this in summer months only in Wisconsin. Work Great last summer. This year I noticed there's an internal small leak from the center of the reel. Doesn't look too be repairable without damaging the cover. So after using it we turn off the water supply to the reel. The nozzle it came with only lasted a couple months of use. Hose and retractable reel are very nice. Hose is only a 1/2" inch hose but I'm not filling a pool with it.

The retractable hose reel is a great tool to have mounted in the yard. I put up a wood post for this (rather than mounting to the house) and it is well worthwhile for the ability to swivel more than 180 degrees. Sometimes we leave the hose extended for a few days, and other times we reel it up right after usage. Either way, the hose retracts back into the casing without any issues. As others have noted, it is wise to guide it back in more slowly rather than allowing it to pull in at full speed which could cause problems due to momentum and force generated. I recommend going with the larger diameter hose (5/8). The 1/2 in is a little bit constrained on the flow of water, but not bad either. The muti-sprayer that comes with the hose reel is junk. The sprayer cracked on the first use and was an absolute waste. The makers should either replace it, or remove it completely. That is the reason for only four stars.

Al momento de retraer o enrollar ma manguera no funciona. - Pésima calidad, era el primer uso y no funcionó. Es una lástima que se ofrezcan productos con pésimo control de calidad. Que lleguen bajo pésimas condiciones al usuario y darte cuenta después de haber gastado tiempo en su instalación. NO LES RECOMIENDO COMPRAR ESTE PRODUCTO.

To be honest, buy the Gardena one! That one is much better! (I had Gardena for 9 years and should have replaced with that instead of this POC!)

I added this as a new upgrade for my garden and surprisingly it is really a great product and high quality hose too. Buy it now with no hesitation
