I bought the Knifel Submersible Pump 3000L/H 60W for my dad’s pond fountain, which had been running on a less powerful pump. We’re both thoroughly impressed with its performance! The increased power has made a huge difference, providing a strong and steady flow that has really improved the fountain’s look and sound. Even after 6 months of continuous use, it’s still running like new, with no issues at all. The ultra-quiet design is another big plus — you can barely hear it running. Overall, this pump has exceeded our expectations, and I’d highly recommend it for ponds, fountains, or any other water feature.

Great pump, very effective and does exactly as I need it to do, run a small water feature. The only slight issue was the moulded plug as I needed to thread the cable through a tap hole on the old Belfast sink I was using. When I cut the plug off and exposed the wires it was the American wiring system - blue, white and green. Not a big problem, but worth pointing out. Quick update - this has been running 24/7 since installation two months ago and no problems at all. I had a bit of algae develop, so switched it off to clean out the sink and pebbles etc, so had a tidy of the filter for the pump and everything looks perfect. Back up and running again with some barley extract in the water to keep the algae at bay. Delighted with this item, really great value.

good pump better than the one I bought before

I bought this for a friend who is getting older and needed to transfer his fish from one pond to another in his garden. There were plenty of submersible ones advertised on Amazon, but this one caught my eye, as it is quiet, has copper winding and can handle 1500 litres an hour. The price was also very attractive. Having now had a chance to use it, my friend is utterly delighted and said it has saved him alot of toil.

Quality pump,works fine, however, stupid amount of cable, which then ment water proof box and extra cable required to replace , hence 3 stars.

Really disappointed with this pump. It worked well for a few days but then started making a loud buzzing noise and has barely been functioning since. I followed all the setup steps carefully and kept it clean, so there’s no reason it should have failed so quickly. It’s a shame because when it worked the flow rate was great and it seemed ideal for my setup. Sadly the quality just isn’t there and it didn’t last even a week. I’ll be returning it and won’t be buying this brand again.

Very good small but powerful pump, I used in a water feature that is 2mtrs tall and this pump has plenty of lift. Would have 5 stars but the supply lead is less than 2 mtrs

This pump performs as described. I have 2 fountains and one needs a high lift. Not necessarily a 6 ft lift, but I can control the pressure with the pumps adjustments. The housing is well sealed and is very powerful. When it becomes slow, it is easy enough to clean the debris from it. Based on my experiences, these pumps have lasted years.

The pump was fine up until yesterday, at which time the water flow had stopped. It was always fully submerged in approximately 50cm of water. I removed the 13 amp plug, and found the fuse was intact and a test with a professional multimeter, showed that the fuse had not 'blown'. I also checked the continuity of the positive to neutral pins on the plug, and the meter showed infinity, the pump is open circuit. I should have guessed that a low cost pump would be poorly constructed.

I use in a 5ft three tier fountain, it works great for months now! Just keep water clean it will last! Nice long cord, its durable, great water flow
