I bought this adapter to connect a new monitor to my computer using HDMI to a USB-C port, and it has worked exactly as hoped. The setup was straightforward, and the connection has been stable with no flicker or dropouts. What makes this especially useful is that plugging it into a single USB-C port gives me an HDMI port, an Additional USB port, and another USB-C port. That extra flexibility matters more than I expected, especially on a laptop with limited ports. It lets me run the monitor while keeping ports free for other accessories, without making tradeoffs. This product is ideal for travel and basic usage. I bought this for my iPad 11th gen and had no connectivity issues. The hub itself was compatible with the iPad and I was able to connect my external hard drive and HDMI cords with no issues. The hub is very lightweight and not bulky. I would recommend this product. It worked well, super convenient to bring around due to the compact design and sizing . All of the ports worked well. Great value for the money. Worked on my pc, laptop, phone and iPad . The usb c cable was very versatile.

Update: Customer support is impeccable. Thank you, Acer. It is both my TV AND my tablet that have an issue. Apparently my tablet does not support video casting. Oh well. __________ Thought I bought the perfect device to get my tablet working on the TV. So it needs a specific brand or type of TV? my oldish TV is not working. At least I think it is the TV. It picks up the hdmi2 but says no signal. In hdmi1 the device just keeps blinking. I am connecting it from a tablet. When I tried with the phone, it told me it was not compatible with the tv. So... I need to buy a TV? :( Can't give it a lower star only because it is not really acer's fault.

Works great with my iPad 10th generation. Easy to use and small enough to carry around. Very convenient and slim design. It also has enough ports for what I need it for.

Ok adapter. Worked for the main reason I got it for, albeit with the occasional screen flicker which is not great. However, when I tried to connect my Nintendo Switch to a monitor using it it did not work, even though the listing said it would. UPDATE 11/23/2025: The seller reached out and recommended some fixes for the issues I encountered. The flickering was caused by my computer resolution and the Switch works once you connect the Switch power source into the dongle's usb-c port.

We had an old Apple connector for lightning so needed an upgrade to the type C, this works great with our projector for our movie nights streaming from our phones. No issues, plug and play usage, no download needed. The multiple pots allows for charging and HDMI out had no lag which is always useful.

works for the vast majority of USB-C devices. the only thing I couldn't get it to work for was a Nintendo Switch. It works great, passes through a decent amount of power, works for most USB-C devices.
