Q: Does this help with carpal tunnel support/pain especially at night when sleeping?

It is light support for night time. I like it because it's not as bulky and uncomfortable as some others I've used. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands 3 years ago and this helps to eliminate most of the pain and numbness that I still get from time-to-time. I like it because it's good for daytime wear too. Nice and discreet.

Q: How can one size fit all wrists?

Because it attaches anywhere on the wrap with velcro. I have tiny wrists and have to wrap it more (still works and fits comfortably). My boyfriend has fat wrists and doesn't wrap it as much as I do (still fits and works comfortably).

Q: Can you tell me how long this is on the wrist/ arm? Im considering it for my elderly Mother to cover a dressing she keeps messing with .

The sleeve is 81/2 inches long. From the wrist downwards it's almost 5" long. Hope this helps! Also, it's very comfortable.

Q: Does this help with carpal tunnel?

Since the main relief for CT is to keep from using your wrist/s, it will help while you wear it. Wearing it for several weeks may help a lot. But if you go back to your same activity that inflamed it to begin with, it may well flare up again.
