The filter is extremely useful for hard water, my wife and me had bad hairfall and after using for a few days I can see the difference. Infact it's not making the skin dry. It's easy to install, and has multiple different tap sizes for different size inlets. Can be used in tap and shower both. It looks stylish and has a great build quality.

Worst product, did not work after 15 days. We tried various ways out,also called plumber but the filter was clogged. Warranty is not working. Useless product, waste of money.

I have been using this water softener since last few days & the result is quite impressive.. My hair fall is literally reduced by 60-70 percent.. It is very easy to install on tap. It comes with few tap attachments with that you can easily mount it on your tap. Water flow is also good through it.. Quality of material used is also best. Overall value for money product..

Been using it for more than six months and it is working well. The water has become more softer as compared to before. The performance slows down over time, hence advised to clean it sometimes.

Good, but NO REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGES AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. Please help me find it, if m wrong about it... I bought 4 pcs a few months ago, but now am stuck since we don't have anywhere to buy replacement cartridges from!!!

Nope it does not work. Although there is a claim by such water filter makers that TDS does not matter for this type of filter but as suggested by other experts on you tube it does. After checking, the TDS with this filter was 288 and without it was 209. I wonder how it was higher, checked it multiple times.The ideal filter will be the one which we use for water filters, the one which has a candle filter inside and is replaced evey 6-7 months. That would be more powerful. I could have returned this product but since I used it I can't.
