This is something my doctor recommended for building up my immunity and helping my gut. I mix this with yogurt and fruit or pomegranite powder and it makes a tasty treat as well as being very nutritious. I mix it in my oatmeal as well. I have not tried it in liquid. My gut does feel better but it will take time before I know if it helps my immunity. I am expecting it will because my doctor recommended it. It is a quality product and I recommend it although I wish I could get a bigger size.

I recently added this supplement to my pre-workout and post workout shake. It has absolutely had a positive effect on my workouts. Joint health and recovery are noticeably better. In short, its an overall feeling of wellness when I workout. It's only been about three weeks of using and it has not detracted from my recovery only enhanced it.
