Were using this product to raise Rhode Island, red chickens, ducks Pekin

Top heating element would not allow proper heat for lower units to grow. Directions say to rotate layers, which can not be done unless all eggs are removed daily. Sadly I was hatching duck eggs which are at 30 days so I missed the return cutoff by one day. Very experienced with hatching, typically a 95%+ rate, with this i was under 15%. So much time and money wasted.

This is an excellent incubator. We've had amazing results. We do need to rotate the egg shelves in order to help the machine maintain temperature for the eggs to accurately grow. That's the only nusance we've experienced. Has amazing features, candling light, and can extent the days to be over 21.

Currently have turkey eggs in it. So far it's staying at the correct temp and humidity level.Easy to assemble, adjustable for different size eggs. Easy to adjust temps.Does not have a water source like my other incubators. I'm very very new to incubating eggs. I'm practicing with chicken, turkey, geese eggs before I get emu eggs next year.Even without the outside water source I find it easier to get this incubator to the correct humidity and temp than my other incubators with the outside water source.The machine feels durable and well made. The foam in the box can be used to help keep heat inside.Will update once turkeys hatch

Incubator humidity and heat did not work out of the box, waste of time and money.

It’s junk it doesn’t work right. The turners are horrible and it hurt lots of birds that actually did hatch in there. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Purchased this with High Hopes of having a higher hatch rate. Found out quickly it is not easy to use. Did the first incubation with only two of the three layers and it was extremely hard to keep it at the right humidity. The auto fill leaked so it was useless. After every thing had hatched, I opened all the eggs that did not hatch and approximately 12 had developed but stopped or died at the end stages. Overall had approximately a 65% hatch rate for the amount of eggs I had in there. The smaller incubators work much better.

The media could not be loaded. So far, I am very concerned. The a TURNER seems to be pushing and clumping all the eggs together. The humidifier is a struggle to stabilize. I’m committed. I got it full of eggs so we’re going to wish for the best because I don’t have enough incubators to transfer the eggs. I will update with hat rate.
