How much and how fast does it make your hair grow?

My hair is rather fragile and tends to break easily. My expectation for this product is that it will not make my hair grow faster, but will strengthen the new growth so that it doesn't break as easily. So far I have been using it only a few weeks. Will probably take a few months to determine if it helps.
