Brilliant way to make your cocktails look great and add a kick

We use these chilli threads in Ramons, and live the heat you get from one. Need to check as a few can make it too hot.

I quite like these chilli threads although they are more for decoration than flavour. They are for use in either drinks or cooking and I think they look good as a bit of soup decoration. It certainly makes my homemade pumpkin soup look gourmet, well I think it does anyway. I tried a thread on its own and could taste some red pepper type flavour so it’s not spicy hot. The texture is a bit weird (i.e. thready) when you eat it so I think I will just use it for decorating my drinks.

Chilli Thread Strings come in a small paper bag and the bag has a clear window so you can see and notify what is inside the bag. I didn't even know that chillies are available in Thread Strings format in the market. I used this first time in my kitchen and I can say I'm very impressed. The Chilli Thread colour is very vibrantly red and Very nice, pleasant sharpness. The chilli threads are fresh and top-quality. It's Noticeably Spicy and Hot But not so hot that the mouth and neck start to burn. These Chilli Threads are very useful for garnishing all cuisines and salads and flavours too. Delicious topping, taste and appearance. One more plus point is this chilli thread has a 2-year shelf life. There is no room for complaints but plenty of room for compliments,

So disappointed. Smells out of date and has no taste. Perhaps I got a bad batch? No idea but I’m won’t be using it.

Not really spicy and with a weird bitter aftertaste, but good enough for decorating my bowls of ramen
