Great for sleep and relaxation
I’ve been using this magnesium glycinate for a while now and it’s become part of my nightly routine. It’s gentle on my stomach and helps me relax without feeling groggy the next day. I like that it’s glycinate form since it seems to absorb well and doesn’t cause digestive issues like some other magnesium types. The capsules are easy to swallow and the quality seems consistent. By far, the most effective Chelated Magnesium Glycinate I’ve used. Chelated Magnesium is highly absorbable into the body. Really helps me relax and have sound sleep. I wake up well rested and ready to go.

Pros It really helps me sleep and prevents muscle cramps. It’s inexpensive. The company reports that their products are third party tested. One bottle has 60 servings which should last 60 days if taken once per day. The product is chelated which usually helps with absorption. Lastly, the company reports using good manufacturing practices to ensure quality and safety. Cons the only reason I gave it a 4 is because the serving size is 2 capsules. I would give this a 5 if the serving size was one capsule.

Really helps calm me and get a good nights sleep
I monitor my sleep with a smart watch. I was not scoring very well, many interruptions during the night would wake me up then I could not get back to sleep. This Magnesium Glycinate has improved my sleep score from 50-60 to 80-90. This means I was only getting just over 6 hours of interrupted sleep. Now I am get well over 7-8 hours sleep and I do not wake up during the night. What a difference a good nights sleep will make!
