A well made and convenient window cleaning tool that is a good addition to the system. I like the variety of sizes offered and the ease of swapping out tools with the pole system. I have used this for occasional (seasonal) home window cleaning and can’t comment on long term commercial use but it seems well made and should perform well.

It works great to clean tge glass doors. Great quality abd great grip. Easy to use and ok.

Great for shower glass

First, I found the cleaning edge of squeegee rubber is so short, you have to get head on to get it to squeegee. Same size rubber as brass professional one my son has but his has more of the rubber showing that makes it easier. The worst part is that the rubber is so loose it won't stay in and slides right out. Both are bad but 12" was even worse. I tried to tighten metal down onto the rubber with pliers, but unable to. I was disappointed since I thought these would be more professional. I do like the easy way you are able to change heads of just turning a large screw. Guess only thing I liked. I'm going to contact the company to see what can be done, otherwise I will return. Just tried to find a way to contact company and unable to. Tried Amazon Customer Service and got nowhere so believe I'll return as I have no choice.
