Solid little treadmill for walking
My wife wanted this for the basement so she can walk and not have it take up an entire room. This works great. The compact size is awesome. She uses it everyday and it has not given us any issues. The setup is basic and easy. Light weight enough you can easily move it and store it away when not in use. Sturdy enough for everyday as well. She definitely recommends this. As her brother has the same one and uses it everyday for about 30000 steps.

Use regularly and you will see results!
I have been using my walking pad for 5 months now and it has absolutely helped me with my weight loss journey. The walking pad is high quality, easy to use, feels sturdy when walking on and is super convenient to store under the bed or in a closet. Since I started using it regularly back in February 2025, as well as incorporating other work outs and a healthier diet, I have lost 22 pounds. It did take me a little bit to get used to the speeds, as my first use made me feel a little motion sick. But that feeling quickly went away and now I can read a book or watch a TV show while doing a light jog. If you're on the fence about getting one of these, don't be. Get one!! You will thank yourself.

Not quite a Deerrun
I ordered a Deerun walking pad during the pre-holiday sales. They ended up sending me a Superun, but after contacting the company I was told it was the same machine, but a different branch that sells to other regions. I got an additional discount plus was told the warranty is the same. A little research made this sound like correct information. Overall I really like it and have been using it pretty regularly. When I started, I put chair backs around for balance to get use to it. I now just keep it in a spare bedroom near a wall. It slips under the bed nicely if I need the room. I did put a piece of plywood under it for balance on the carpet. It tells you time you walk, speed, calories burned and distance. The display is easy to read, and it matches up to the info on my watch really well. There is a code for an app on the front, but I haven’t taken the time to look at it as between the pad and my watch, it tells me what I want to know. Pros -Seems accurate -Nice to have something smaller to hop on and move, then be able to hide away. -Has a remote that you can turn off, on, pause and adjust speed. -It gradually slows down. -It’s fairly sturdy other than on carpet. -price Cons -it’s deck is smaller, so need to concentrate or a misstep (and even fall) could happen. -a safety clip would be nice for stopping if one loses balance -a rail would be nice for balance -it might be nice to have info (and a book/tablet stand) at a higher height so one isn’t looking down. -I think if you have a long stride, you may not like it. Overall, 3 months in, I’m happy with my purchase and am glad I got it. Long term, if I continue walking inside, I may think about a little bigger treadmill.

Independence matters to me
I’ve owned two treadmills in the past, but ended up giving them away because they took up so much space. At 67, I’m focused on getting more steps into my day, and this DeerRun walking pad is perfect for me. I’m not a fast walker, and while the pad is capable of higher speeds, I appreciate having the option even if I don’t use it. What I love most is that it’s lightweight, easy to set up, and I was able to do it all on my own—independence matters to me. It feels sturdy yet compact, and I like knowing I can lubricate it easily when the time comes. For extra peace of mind, I installed a shower safety bar on the wall beside it, which works great as support. Overall, a practical, space-saving, and functional walking pad that truly fits my needs.

Waste of time and money! Get a walking pad from a more reputable brand.
Wouldn't turn on right out of the package. My partner asked for this walking pad for Christmas. She was super excited to use it. When we plugged it into the wall the power switch lit up, but when we tried to turn it on nothing happened. We noticed wires were poking out from the LED display. If we did end up getting it working the wires would be rubbing against the treadmill when in use. We spent an hour+ trying to figure out what was wrong. Called customer support and they wanted us to send them a video of the walking pad not working. After getting super frustrated we finally gave up and we are going to return the walking pad. Also - you are required to install an app that is super sketchy called PitPat that is based out of China (note the review for the app are super low). The walking pad came with 3 sets of instructions all telling you to do something different - very confusing and frustrating. Save yourself some time and spend some extra money from a more reputable brand.

Great investment
Works great, not loud, and it’s perfect on days it’s raining or I just can’t get to the gym.

Great Walking Pad with terrible and intrusive App
We had no experience with walking pads but after reading a number of reviews and watching a number of videos, we decided that this machine would be our best choice. We are a couple well past retirement age and wanted an low cost, easy to use exercise machine for us and our dogs!! The machine is packed well and looks well made. It was easy to unpack and assemble and includes the remote (one off with no means of attaching it to the machine so it will not get lost), lubricating oil, adjustment Allen wrench, spare battery and a useless instruction manual. Our real issues started when it came to start using it. This machine will not work at all until you register it with their PitPat application. It simply beeps at you and refuses to do anything until you down load the app. Why you need to register a walking pad in order to use, beats us. If we had known this was the only way to start using it, we would not have purchased it. You cannot switch it on, read a manual and use it. You have to go through a fairly complex procedure to download and configure an app and then pair it with the machine using BT. Why? To say that the app is intrusive and the most non intuitive app of all time would be an understatement. It requires a lot of information and eventually you can get the machine to run after it is 'authorized'. Why? The process to allow my wife and I to share the use of the machine using the app was complex and impossible to deduce until we accidentally fell across a process that worked. Note that this app will flood you with notifications and will even take over your speaker on your phone if you are not careful. It is also not apparent whether the machine will stop working when the 'free' use of the app expires. For all we know the 455 days or so left may mean the machine will stop working after 455 days. Note that deleting the app requires PitPat to authorize the deletion for some reason. The machine and your id are bound in some way. Why this amount of security is needed is impossible to justify. Support is totally non responsive. We messaged them several times and got no response to the phone. The machine itself is quiet and works well. The pad is easy to walk on and the display adequate although there seems to be no way to stop it displaying all the parameters in order rather than staying, say, on time. It does not record steps and we depended on our Apple Watch app to do all the work. The app and display are not much use. It has a useful 3 second count it using beeps before it starts after pressing start. We used our Apple Watch to monitor time, steps etc. and forgot about the app. The machine is not the cheapest but it feels like reasonable value, although we were annoyed that on the day of delivery the price dropped $26. Typical of an Amazon product. Durability is unknown at this time as we have only owned it for 3 days. Since we have no way of knowing whether use of the machine will expire after the app 'free' period, the machine will probably be returned. It is a shame, because the pad itself seems to be a nice machine. A nice machine ruined by appalling designed and implemented software. And watch out for the flood of junk notifications and emails you will get.
