Truly blurring, sheer colors, non-drying
I’ve become a fan of these lipsticks over the past year. If you aren’t familiar with this kind of lip product, it’s worth checking out if you like sheer, balmy feeling lipsticks with a matte, blurring finish. These feel substantial on your lips, like a waxy balm, but with a nice sheer coverage of color. They are matte but I don’t find them to be drying. I like that the color payoff can be built by adding another layer. Longevity is average, just about the same as a typical bullet lipstick. I now own three of these with the nude/bare shade being my most recent addition. I started off with Homecoming Queen, which is a more vibrant pink than the picture shows. It’s still sheer and doesn’t read “bright” on your lips. I then got I’m Shy, which is my favorite and is basically a nude rose shade that is very close to my lip color. The last one is called bare something I think, it’s a neutral nude shade that is a bit lighter than I’m Shy but honestly has a similar look on my lips. Overall, these are really great and the cost is fantastic.

Amazing MLBB. Dupe for Glossier Generation G or Violette Bissou Balm
Shade “I’m Shy” is a perfect MLBB (my lips but better). It’s my holy grail casual lip look! It has a powdery, velvety feel on the lips. It looks blurred and subtle with one swipe. With two or three it gets more vibrant and obvious that you’re wearing something. Matte without being drying but it’s not moisturizing. So if your lips are dry it’d be good to put on a chapstick before applying this. I’ve found that layering this on top of cherry Chapstick (the brand) or EOS chapstick blends perfectly well. I love this so much that it’s my daily wear. I bought a second one as a back up in case it gets discontinued. It wears nicely and lasts a good amount of time, but does come off if you eat greasy food. And I wouldn’t call it long wear. But it fades so evenly! No need to blot after applying. Very forgiving, and not messy except for one thing: it broke off near the base and fell out of the tube without having been dropped! All I did was I happened to turn it upside down while I was getting the cap to put it back on. Luckily it just fell into my lap and I was able to pop it right back in. I thought maybe it was a fluke but this also happened with my other shade, Homecoming Queen. So I am bummed about that, but the formula and price is so good that I don’t care.

Blurred Red
Nice, soft texture soft on the lips, good applicator with lots of product, and the blur effect is definitely there. A clever idea, for reds especially, because imo reds only look good with very precise application with a liner and a lot of touch-ups, and since I can't be bothered with that, I rarely wear red lips. Blotting in layers can give this effect, but you often end up more pink or orange instead of red, but this gives you a blotted look with a more true color. It looks messy in close-up photography, which is why I didn't include a pic, but just looking with human eyes, it looks great. I will try some of the other shades, but I wish I there were more red shades. I might shoot off an email to wet n wild suggesting more reds in this formula, because it's that good.

Really like these
I bought Bali Blossom first, wore it to work all night and then immediately ordered Little Red Rosette. These are somewhere between a lipstick and lip balm without any shine. They remind me of Glossier’s first iteration of Generation G. They produce a subtle wash of color that is blurring and soft but is buildable to a bright pop of color. With any matte lip color, these can enhance the look of dryness so I do recommend doing a lip scrub beforehand and/or applying a moisturizing lip balm and let sit for a bit before wiping off and applying. That being said, I didn’t find the formula drying in of itself. It’s a lot more comfortable than liquid mattes or other blurring lip products I’ve tried. The wear is pretty decent. They aren’t fade proof or budge proof, but I only had to reapply maybe twice throughout my shift, which is pretty decent for a 9 hour serving shift where I’m constantly talking, drinking from my water bottle, snacking to keep up my energy, drinking coffee etc. it does start to slip if you eat anything greasy, just like a liquid matte formula does. Came off easily when washing my face with my double cleanse method with using cleansing oil first to remove makeup. All in all for the price point these are great. I will say the colors online aren’t entirely accurately represented but I love the colors.

Formula feels nice, color wasn’t as expected
Got homecoming Queen. I like the feel and the sheerness, feels like Glossiers Gen X lipstick, however the color was much more red than I was looking for - the color swatches looked more like jammy, berry, purply red but the actual color is more of a bright berry red with no purple

Fell apart before first use
I wish I could give this 0 stars. This lipstick fell apart the first time I opened it. I had to smush it back together just to try and get it on my lips to see what it actually felt like and you can see that its even peeling on my lips. It doesn’t even matter that the color is actually good. If the product falls apart before first use, then how is it useful?

Very dry, but will not run into mouth wrinkles
A little too dry for me. Longevity is good
