Great details of cases that were treated by Compton Burnett.

This book was written in the late 1800s. It is fun to read from a historical perspective. Also, I think many of the symptoms people experienced then, we still do. But, the medicines available, of course are different. Still I think Burnett understood the causes and treatments of gout, at least in his time.
