Cortes Linguica Calabresa Sausage 14 Oz (4 Pack)

These are my favorite sausages. I like to grill these over the fire on my Santa Maria grill. Juicy, great quality, tasty, & fresh. They are expensive for what they are. I would like if they would go down on the price.

We bought the linguica toscana sausages , a six pack, fully cooked ready for the grill. These sausages were encased in a super tough casing that is impossible to eat or chew. The meat was overly fatty and tough with too much salt. These were the worst grill sausages I have ever tested, inedible and impossible to chew. You had to spit out half the the bite due to the casing which cannot be removed without loosing half the sausage. Terrible sausages! DO NOT BUY any sausages from Cortes meats. A complete rip off. How can they market this crap legally with a casing like plastic and fatty meat loaded with sodium nitrite, a known carcinogen!!
