Very good and useful product. Worth for the money and it's cleaning around the corners as well, loved the product and compared to other brands this is giving very good results. Good battery life. Recommend if you are buying for 1st time

After using the Dreame F9 Pro for a year, I strongly advise against buying this product. While the device performs decently, the real issue lies in the availability of consumables like filters, brushes, and mop cloths. These are either completely out of stock or priced unreasonably high when available. I reached out to customer support multiple times, and their response was always the same: "We will update you when the stock arrives." But no updates ever come, and you're left waiting indefinitely. Even on Amazon or other platforms, the parts are rarely available—or they are sold at a premium that just isn’t justifiable. In short, this product becomes almost unusable once the original parts wear out. Maintenance is a critical part of owning a robot vacuum, and without accessible and affordable consumables, the whole experience is disappointing. Definitely not worth the investment.

Very useful, nice cleaning. It only consumes 2% water as compared to conventional mopping. It requires wifi . Also I request to provide support for installation

I recently bought this mopping machine and it's really worth it. Cleaning became very easy and fast. The suction and mop quality are very good, and the water tank lasts long. Floors dry quickly and look very neat. Battery backup is decent and noise is also low. Overall, a very useful machine for daily home cleaning. Definitely recommended!

It is a very good product and easy to use

The product is great value for money, the suction power is sufficient for dy to day use, the water tank capacity is great. Battery life and charging time is not the best but is okay for the price. App features are also better compared to other brands.

Reviewing after 6 months of purchase. It's not good. It leaves too much dust behind, and the suction power is very low, so it doesn't clean efficiently. You have to wash the cloth mop manually after it is vacuumed and mopped in every room so the next room can mop efficiently. I bought it at 18K and now the cost is 15K. But 15K is too much for low suction and low battery capacity. The ideal cost should be 13k for this F9 model. After almost one year battery drainage was fast, hence under warranty battery replacement was offered upon calling customer care but when technician visited, he brought old battery (used battery of some other robot). No packaging was there for new battery. Stains were there on new battery. So I sent him back & called customer support next day, now I see customer support got feedback from technician that he has replaced the battery. Till now I didn't get new battery & ticket is still open with support.
