Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Coffee Extract (4 ounce)

I hope it's okay that this review is not very long. But I am a baker by hobby, and sometimes for specific events. But I love Nelson Massey love love love there extracts or flavors whichever one you want to call them. The lemon the coffee the chocolate and my very favorite the Madagascar bourbon vanilla. You should try it people I hope you do have a great day.

I first bought this to make Mary Berry's Sticky Toffee Pudding. The only negative is the container looks just like vanilla extract and I once used it by mistake in a different recipe, so beware! But then, a little coffee usually doesn't hurt anything, right?

Yummy! Has a great coffee flavoring but not very strong — I use primarily to emphasize chocolate flavoring but have also used it to make coffee desserts! Maybe I just love a strong coffee flavoring but it’s not enough for a STRONG coffee flavor in most desserts by itself. Which is fine, it still works perfectly for our needs :) I love the bottle!
