Wow.. fantastic quality and features. I wasn't sure about these from the photos, even though the reviews seemed positive - they looked thin and possibly weak. They arrived very well packaged and the assembly instructions were excellent - good diagrams and written explanation in English. All of the chair and table pieces are labeled and the fasteners are all on a 'card' covered in plastic and labeled. The only problem I ran into was that some of the small washers were stuck together in the painting/enamel process and couldn't be separated. I had a case of washers in the right size that worked just fine but others might have to visit the hardware store. I'm 6' tall and weigh 180lbs - these chairs feel incredibly sturdy and strong. I've never seen rocking chairs with a footrest rung but it works really well and is comfortable - just watch out for your animal's tails and legs if they like to follow you around and hang out. Best advice I can offer is to "use a different allen wrench if possible - the one included gets stripped too easily - and only leave all bolts very loose until all parts are assembled - then tighten well."

This set was exactly what I needed for a balcony that is only 5 feet deep. White textilene is so hard to find, and the price for this set was great. It went together perfectly with no issues. Instruction booklet was one of the best I’ve seen, and hardware was shrink wrapped and easy to identify. The chairs are very comfortable without any pillows. The design of the rocker rails allows the chairs to sit close to the wall without hitting, and they even have rubber strips on the bottom to prevent scratching the floor. Only thing I would change is the footrest bar. Like others have mentioned, it sticks out too far, so I chose to put it on “backwards” to give the chair stability but keep the bar out of the way. It looks best without it altogether, but not sure how that affects the strength. Too bad they didn’t choose to set the position of the bar further back. The side table is very sturdy, and was also easy to assemble. Living beachside, I’m sure they will rust, but I’ve come to accept that. But the finish seems good, and they arrived with no dents or scratches since it was packaged well. I’d 100% recommend this set for comfort in a small space.

I’ve had the Shintenchi 3 Piece Outdoor Rocking Bistro Set since last December, and it’s been fantastic. The chairs are incredibly comfortable, even for long sits. The Textilene fabric is both durable and stain-resistant. No rust at all, even in with lots of humidity! The gentle rocking motion makes it extra relaxing, and the table is just the right size for a drink or small bites. A great value for anyone looking to upgrade their porch, balcony or patio space.

It is a great sturdy set. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because it had some scratches on it despite being wrapped and packaged so well. Also, one of the screws did not fit. I don't think the hole was drilled well enough. But I was able to use a spare screw that I had laying around. So overall I love it, it's beautiful and very comfortable.

Easy to set up, took about 45 minutes. Very sturdy and comfortable.

Beautiful set and the rocker works great. The instructions were a bit off and I think it's because they sent the one for the non-rocker set. Otherwise it was easy to assemble and very well made. It's really sturdy and comfortable. The package was very well packed too. All screws and holes aligned perfectly.

I gotta say, I don't understand how people are having issues building these. Some saying they had 2 of the same part, turn it around, now you have the other side. 🤦🏼‍♂️ As far as lining things up or understanding the instructions, again, I had no issues with this at all. The instructions are very clear, and the assembly is so simple you can probably do it without instructions at all. They clearly state to leave all the screws loosely attached until the final step, this will obviously help with parts not quite lining up. I had one part not line up but because I left the screws lols I was able to move it into position. I did not have any missing parts or broken parts or damage to any parts. Hey maybe I got lucky,but I think it's more likely the negative reviews are user error. The entire assembly took me 30 minutes and I worked SLOW, in the heat with no rush. If you've built any furniture or bought something from IKEA, you should be able to handle this job. Quality: So far they seem strong enough to last a while. We're not exactly average Americans, we're rather short and a healthy weight but they seem strong enough to hold larger size bodies as well. The little bit of rocking is nice and it appears there's an adjustment screw on the back to have less rock if you would prefer. We keep these under a porch but in the elements, especially late sun, so we'll see if they hold up but for the sale price on prime day, these seem well worth it.
