A Great Choice
My doctor had informed me that Vit. B can help with nerve issues in the body. I was experiencing a burning sensation in my toe nail after an injury that would not let up. She also told me to pick a B vitamin that included Folate. This was a great choice. The product is very easy to take, as the pill capsule is small and easy to take. There has been no after taste for me, and I can happily report a great improvement in not only my nerve issue, but my overall health. Very happy with this specific brand, and highly recommend it.
