I noticed the bottom says made in China. I Googled the question if any of her products come from China. The answer is NO.

I fell in love with the color...
My GF was wearing it. I asked what it was and then ordered for myself. Initial reaction was that it was creamy and then dried down to a matte look. However, after about 1/2 hour my lips felt dry and it started to flake off. I really wanted to love it, but I would not purchase again.
